To ensure we provide exceptional care at an affordable cost, payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

You will receive a monthly statement from us. Most insurance companies typically process payments within four to six weeks. If your statement does not reflect these payments within that timeframe, please contact our office for assistance. Any remaining balance after your insurance has covered its portion will be your responsibility, and we kindly ask for prompt payment.

We also offer financing options through Care Credit and Cherry.
